ZXF S -type high-frequency X-ray digital imaging (DR) inspection system is a high-efficiency, high-precision digital X-ray imaging (DR) system specially developed for non-standard X-ray digital imaging inspection of cylinders, stainless steel pipes, etc. It mainly relies on the characteristics of X-rays that can penetrate objects and store images to conduct non-destructive evaluation of welds. It is the most effective means for product research, failure analysis, high-reliability screening, quality evaluation, and process improvement.

Detection process

1 ). Open the lead door of the inlet and outlet pipes, move the pipe transportation trolley out of the protective outdoor loading area, and lift the pipes to be inspected to the pipe transportation trolley.
2 ). According to the size of the test pipe, move the flat-panel detector to the corresponding position (the inspection instructions below have relevant position instructions), the pipe transport trolley enters the protection room and moves to the inspection position, the lead door is closed , and the X-ray source and detector are both It can move up and down along the Z-axis, forward and backward along the X-axis, and horizontally along the Y-axis. The ray source can also move around the Z-axis. The transport trolley can move in and out of the protection room along the X-axis, and the tube to be detected rotates. After adjusting to the position, turn on the X-ray. Test the pipe.
3) . During the detection process, the transport trolley remains stationary, the X-ray source and flat-panel detector move, the roller rotates, and the various motion axes cooperate to complete the detection process of the test pipe.
4) . After the inspection is completed, the lead door is opened, and the pipe transport trolley moves to the loading and unloading area outside the lead door to replace the next steel pipe.
5) . Repeat the above steps to complete the inspection of the next test pipe.
