RAYSOV ZXF S Type High-Frequency X-ray Digital Imaging (DR) Inspection System for Spiral welded pipe/straight seam steel pipe is a specially designed and developed high-efficiency, high-precision digital X-ray imaging (DR) system for non-standard X-ray digital imaging inspection of spiral welded pipes. It mainly relies on the characteristics that X-rays can penetrate objects and store images, thereby conducting nondestructive evaluation of welds and is an effective means for product research, failure analysis, high-reliability selection, quality evaluation, process improvement, etc.

It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost, energy saving, and environmental protection.
The system is a high-tech product integrating X-ray high-frequency high-voltage technology, X-ray digital imaging (DR) technology, computer image processing technology, electronic technology, and mechanical and electrical control technology. It perfectly combines X-ray control technology, image acquisition, and mechanical movement to achieve a one-body control function. This makes the inspection work faster and more convenient, with higher efficiency.
The system is designed with modular components, which can be selected and configured according to user requirements. It mainly consists of a high-frequency high-voltage X-ray generator, a high-resolution digital flat-panel detector, computer digital image processing, mechanical transmission system, electrical control system, on-site monitoring system, and a lead shielding room. The design of the system complies with international radiation safety standards.

Testing Process
1). Open the lead door, move the transportation vehicle out of the shielded area to the loading position outside, and hoist the inspection steel pipe onto the transportation rail trolley.
2). The inspection trolley enters the inspection room and moves to the inspection position, and the lead door closes. The height of the radiation source arm is adjusted, and X-ray source(X-ray tube) is inserted into the steel pipe to be inspected. The flat panel detector mechanism is lowered to the surface of the steel pipe and adjusted to the position. After that, the X-RAY is turned on. Single-wall penetration inspection of the steel pipe is carried out.
3). During the inspection process, the radiation source and detector remain stationary, while the operator drives the rail trolley carrying the steel pipe to be inspected forward for weld inspection. The inspection is completed once the entire steel pipe has been inspected.
4.) After the inspection is complete, the lead door opens, and the transportation rail trolley moves to the position outside the lead door where pipe are loaded. The next steel pipe is then replaced.
5.) Repeat the above procedure steps to complete the inspection work for the next steel pipe.
